Throughout his career, he has provided high-touch, personalized medical care to individuals at the highest levels of performance, including executives, professional athletes, and entertainers, and teams across major sports leagues. Board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, Dr. Farber combines medical precision with a deep understanding of human performance. Prior to joining HSS, Dr. Farber spent over two decades pioneering care at the intersection of executive health and professional sports medicine. He founded, developed, and led the Executive Health program at Hackensack Meridian Health, where he has served as Medical Director for over two decades. Widely recognized for his expertise in elite human performance, he has held prominent medical leadership roles across multiple major sports organizations. His extensive background includes serving as the Team Internal Medicine Physician for the Brooklyn Nets, Medical Director for the New Jersey Devils, and Internal Medicine Consultant for the New York Giants. Additionally, his past organizational leadership includes serving as chief medical officer for the New York Red Bulls, Metropolitan Riveters, and NJ/NY Gotham FC, and as local medical care coordinator, concierge physician, or venue, medical officer for various major sporting events like Super Bowl XLVIII and Copa international, Gold Cup, Club World Cup, and FIFA World Cup soccer tournaments. These experiences have shaped his collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to helping individuals perform at their highest level.
